Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the KejaYangu mobile application and related services, operated by Sheldon Apps. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use KejaYangu.

You are responsible for your credentials and all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content.
• You must have rights to photos, descriptions, and other uploads.
• You may not publish fraudulent, deceptive, illegal, harassing, discriminatory, explicit, infringing, or rights-violating content.
• We may remove content or suspend accounts when these Terms are violated.

KejaYangu connects property owners, service providers, and prospective clients. Sheldon Apps is not a party to rental, sale, or service agreements made between users.

Verify identities, inspect properties, and use written contracts where appropriate. We are not liable for losses arising from off-platform dealings.

• Some features, including contact unlocks and subscriptions, require payment.
• Prices are displayed in the app before purchase confirmation.
• Payments are processed through supported payment partners.
• One-time purchases are non-refundable except where required by law or where an entitlement cannot be delivered due to our fault.

• Do not use KejaYangu for unlawful purposes.
• Do not scrape, copy, or reuse listings or user data without permission.
• Do not bypass paid features using technical means.
• Do not impersonate others or send spam/phishing messages.

The KejaYangu name, software, and interface are owned by Sheldon Apps. No rights are transferred except the limited right to use the Service.

KejaYangu relies on third parties including Firebase, MongoDB Atlas, Mapbox, Google Mobile Ads, and payment partners. Their own terms may also apply.

The Service is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of the amounts paid to us in the preceding 12 months or KES 5,000.

You may stop using KejaYangu at any time. These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya and disputes are subject to Kenyan courts.
